Structure of the Bachelor's programme in Social Anthropology – Minor 60

The Bachelor's programme in Social Anthropology is divided into an introductory year and an advanced undergraduate study program. In the introductory year, students in the major and minor attend the same modules, which comprise 15 ECTS credits per semester. Advanced undergraduate students will attend at least four of five lecture courses in core fields of anthropology. We offer seminars in the the core fields, regional anthropology, and thematic extensions, from which you may select modules within the framework of your study regulations.

All modules are part of a module group, for which passing requirements are formulated in the study regulations.

Students who started studying Social Anthropology before fall semester 2019 have been transferred to the successor programmes. Special regulations apply to them, see "Bologna 2020: Information on the transition".
