Short bio

After completing a BA in Social and Cultural Anthropology and Sociology at the University of Zurich and the Universidad Nacional de San Martín, Buenos Aires in Argentina, Aline von Atzigen completed a M.Sc in Human Ecology – Culture, Power and Sustainability at Lund University in Sweden.

Her research topics until now have dealt with increased bee mortality and risk perception among Swiss farmers as well as the social and cultural dimension of nature conservation and nature protection in the context of current debates on wilderness and efforts to establish a new nationalpark in Switzerland.
