The managing team support the institute directorate in their strategic and planning responsibilities, coordinate the institute's administrative processes and organise and ensure internal and external communication. The tasks of the executive managing team include:
- Committee coordination (institute directorate, institute assembly, team meetings, etc.)
- Development and financial planning of the departments
- Long, medium and short-term planning and coordination of institute and department processes
- Reporting and documentation about the institute (academic report, structural reports, evaluations, etc.)
- Internal and external communication (webpage, brochures, etc.)
- Quality assurance and evaluation
- Student counselling, study programme coordination
