Management

The management supports the ISEK directorate as well as the three department heads with the strategic and planning responsibility, co-ordinates the administrative processes of the institute and designs and secures internal and external communication. The tasks of the Managment include:

• Board coordination (institute directorate, institute meetings, team meetings, etc.)
• Development and financial planning of the departments
• Long-, medium- and short-term planning and coordination of the institute’s and departments’ processes
• Reporting and documentation about the institute (academic reports, structural reports, evaluations, etc.)
• Internal and external communication (Web page, brochures, etc.)
• Quality assurance and evaluation
• Study programme coordination
