Molly Fitzpatrick has a bachelor degree in cultural anthropology and development sociology and a research master in social sciences, both from the Univeristy of Amsterdam. Since June 2016 she has been working as an assistant for the chair of Prof. Annuska Derks. For her PhD research she will examine the way in which local and foreign actors perceive and practice childbirth within the field of midwifery-led maternal healthcare on the island of Bali, Indonesia.
