Since October 2018, Dr. Shirin Naef holds a research fellowship at the Käte Hamburger Center for Advanced Study in the Humanities “Law as Culture” at the University of Bonn, Germany, where she will work on her project "Economy, Law and Religion: A Study of Shia Philanthropy in Iran".
